Comprehensive Event Management Services for Social Sector Accelerator Programme in Islamabad

This tender invites experienced firms in Islamabad to provide comprehensive event management services for the Social Sector Accelerator – Prime Minister's Youth Empowerment Programme under the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives. The scope covers event planning, photography, videography, branding, catering, lodging, and allied services. The selected firm will manage all aspects of the event including concept development, creative design, media relations, venue setup, guest management, protocol, security coordination, and transportation. The venue is preferably the Jinnah Convention Center Islamabad. The firm must have the capacity to handle large-scale events with multiple teams for social media, videography, and roadshows. Deliverables include SMD screens, digital podiums, banners, media walls, and catering for thousands of guests. Bidders must be registered with NTN, ATL, and GST, and demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience managing similar large events.
