The department requires comprehensive event management services covering seminar setups, exhibitions, animal shows, cultural programs, and extensive publicity campaigns across Karachi and surrounding areas. The scope includes installation of climate-controlled marquees, stage and seating arrangements, animal feeding and watering logistics, security equipment, sound systems, and digital media coverage. The event manager will coordinate with multiple co-organizers and vendors to ensure smooth execution of activities such as cattle and bird shows, food courts, VIP receptions, and social media live streaming. The venue preparation starts 10 days prior to the event, with a strict timeline for setup and handover. Bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB, possess relevant experience in large-scale event management, and comply with all tax and regulatory requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with technical proposals evaluated first, followed by financial bids of technically qualified firms. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount is mandatory. The department advises bidders to ensure PEC category compliance and maintain valid FBR/ATL status to avoid disqualification. Submission deadline is set for 25th April 2026 at 12:00 pm, with bid opening at 12:30 pm on the same day at the Directorate General Livestock Extension & Research Sindh Hyderabad office.
