Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Gujranwala invites eligible contractors to participate in the tender for the construction of new examination halls, science laboratories, and additional classrooms at various higher secondary schools in Gujranwala. This is a significant opportunity for PEC-registered contractors with relevant experience in educational infrastructure projects to contribute to the region's academic facilities.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Examination Hall (24 Classrooms), Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kamoke (Estimated Price: Rs. 63,12,100)
- Construction of Science Laboratory Block (32 Classrooms), Govt. Higher Secondary School, Wazirabad (Estimated Price: Rs. 4,81,62,000)
- Construction of Additional Classrooms (4 Classrooms), Govt. Higher Secondary School, Nowshera Virkan (Estimated Price: Rs. 48,43,750)
- Construction of Additional Classrooms (2 Classrooms), Govt. Higher Secondary School, Alipur Chattha (Estimated Price: Rs. 15,07,000)
The technical scope includes civil works, structural construction, finishing, and installation of necessary utilities as per the approved drawings and specifications. All works must comply with the prescribed standards and timelines. Contractors must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). A CDR of 5% of the estimated price is required as earnest money for each lot, to be submitted with the bid.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement portal by 28-09-2026 at 1:30 PM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained.
