Execution of WSS Ismail Mari Kohlu Works

The Local Government Department Kohlu invites eligible bidders for the execution of Water Supply Scheme (WSS) Ismail Mari Kohlu works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. This procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - WSS Ismail Mari Kohlu works with an estimated cost of Rs. 15,000,000. The scope includes road, dam, building, and water supply works with a minimum cost Rs. 60% for water supply. Bidders must have completed at least one project each in road, dam, building, and water supply works with a minimum cost of Rs. 60% and overall must have completed at least two assignments in the last 3 years with equivalent estimated cost. The bidder must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above (up to 25 million) with relevant specialized codes CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works and EE11(i) for Solar works. The bidder must be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency or Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. No conflict of interest, pending litigation, or contract non-performance in the last 3 years is allowed. Legal affidavits and notarized documents are required. Bid security of 2% of the bid value must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call with BPPR Challan Form. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned. The tender fee and bid security are mandatory. The last date for bid submission is **12 November 2026** by 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Assistant Director Local Government Department Kohlu, City Sibi Road, Kohlu.
