Expressions of interest are invited by the Food Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for the short-listing of consulting firms or joint ventures. The assignment involves conducting a Feasibility Study for the Establishment of Silo-Based Food Grain Storage Godowns at Divisional Head Quarters in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with a pilot capacity of 50,000 MT or above. The scope includes operations design and policy/institutional intervention components. Applicants must be PEC-registered Consulting Engineering Firms constituted under the laws of Pakistan, holding the PEC Project Profile and Service Codes specified in the EOI document. Firms should have at least ten years of relevant experience, be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List, registered on EPADS, and not blacklisted. The short-listing criteria are detailed in the EOI document.
