Expression of Interest for Feasibility Study of Silo-Based Food Grain Storage Godowns at Divisional Headquarters in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Food Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) under Rule 25 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014. This EOI is for short-listing consulting firms or joint ventures to conduct a feasibility study for establishing silo-based food grain storage godowns at divisional headquarters in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project scope includes a pilot basis capacity of 50,000 MT or above, along with operations design and policy/institutional intervention components. The previous EOI process scheduled to open on 4 September 2026 at 12:30 noon was cancelled due to issues in the shortlisting process. Interested firms are now invited to submit their applications afresh in accordance with the updated requirements and shortlisting criteria specified in the EOI document. Applications must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by the deadline of 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time). This is a short-listing exercise only; no technical proposal, financial proposal, bid security, or document fee is required at this stage. A Request for Proposals will be issued subsequently to the shortlisted firms under Rule 27 of the said Rules.
