Sealed tenders are invited by the Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) Taxila from suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for supply and services on CFR Karachi/FOR Taxila basis. Items and services being procured include: - Auction of Scrap (01 Lot) - Installation & Commissioning of Tank (01 Job) - Crane Load Test (01 Job) - Refurbishment/Rebuilding of Heavy Duty Planner Machine (01 Job) - Wood (01 Lot) - Graphite Electrode (05 Tons) - Electrical Work (01 Lot) - Consultancy Services required for detailed engineering drawings, BOQs and installation/commissioning of 3150 Ton Press (01 Job) The scope covers supply, installation, testing, and commissioning at the HMC site in Taxila. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and capable of fulfilling technical and financial requirements. Tender documents with detailed terms and conditions are available from the Supply Chain Management Department and can be purchased against payment of Rs. 1,500/- (Non-Refundable) via CDR or Pay Order in favor of HMC. Sealed bids must be clearly marked with the tender number and submitted to the Tender Box at the Admin Block, HMC Taxila on or before 1400 hours on 11-11-2026. Technical and financial bids will be opened at 1430 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
