Hiring of Engineering Consultancy for Construction Supervision of Multipurpose Commercial and Residential Building at Warsak-II Peshawar

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority (KPHA), located at ATI Campus University Road Peshawar, invites eligible engineering consultancy firms to submit proposals through the EPADS portal for the hiring of consultancy services. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. The consultancy services required involve vetting, review, design, and detailed construction supervision for the construction of a multipurpose commercial and residential building at Warsak-II, Peshawar. Items being procured: - Construction of Multipurpose commercial and Residential Building at Warsak-II Peshawar The scope includes comprehensive engineering consultancy covering design validation and construction supervision to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Interested firms must be registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System, Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority with active status, and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with NTN and active status. Request for Proposal (RFP) documents detailing the scope of services can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and KPPRA website (kppra.gov.pk). Alternatively, RFP documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 10,000/- (non-refundable) covering RFP and printing charges. Technical and financial bids must be submitted/uploaded via EPADS before the deadline. The last date for submission is 17-11-2026 at 1100 hours, with technical proposals opening on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened later at a date to be communicated. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on 05-11-2026 at 1100 hours at the office of the undersigned. The Director General KPHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per KPPRA rules at any time prior to acceptance.
