Hiring The Services of Tax Consultant for One Year

The Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan (HDIP) invites proposals for hiring the services of a Tax Consultant for one year under Financial Year 2026-27. The contract includes attending meetings with HDIP management and providing inputs to the Board of Governors and Audit Committees. The quoted fee should be inclusive of all applicable government taxes and expenses except legal fees which will be reimbursed upon submission of receipts. Eligible firms must have at least 15 years of experience, be registered with ICAP, have a satisfactory Quality Control Review rating, be on the State Bank of Pakistan's category A panel, and have active tax registrations with FBR. Firms must have partner offices across Pakistan and provide undertakings regarding litigation and blacklisting status.
