Tender Description
The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) has issued a corrigendum regarding the tender with reference number STG-02/2026-27. The original bid submission and opening date of 12-10-2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM has been extended to 29-10-2026 from 1:30 AM to 2:00 PM. This extension provides bidders additional time to prepare and submit their bids.
Items being procured: Specific item list not provided in the notice.
Bidders are reminded that price preference to goods offered on the Free Carrier Status (FCS) basis in Pakistan may be considered if applicable, in accordance with the prevailing directives of the Government of Pakistan. To claim price preference as per SRO-827(1)/2001 issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Islamabad dated 3rd December 2001, bidders must provide a valid Price Preference Certificate issued through the Engineering Development Board of Pakistan. The FCS price will be considered as landed cost.
All other terms and conditions of the tender remain unchanged. This extension is a valuable opportunity for suppliers to ensure compliance with all requirements and submit competitive bids. Bidders should carefully review the tender documents and ensure timely submission by the new deadline.
For best results, bidders should verify their Price Preference Certificates and ensure all documentation is complete to avoid disqualification. The submission deadline is a critical date; late bids will not be accepted. The tender is managed by the Procurement Manager at PMU QESCO Quetta.
