The tender fee and bid security must be submitted in the form of a pay order and call deposit receipt respectively, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. The original documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope by hand to the Project Director, PMU, Prison Department, Sindh, Camp Office Central Prison Karachi before the bid opening.
The initial bid submission deadline is 13-08-2026 at 09:15 A.M., with technical bids opening the same day at 09:45 A.M. If no bids are received, the next submission date is 28-08-2026 at 09:15 A.M. with opening at 09:45 A.M. The bid validity period is 90 days.
