Tender Description
This tender invites contractors in Bannu Cantonment under Military Engineer Services for electrical and water supply works. The scope covers external and internal electric and water supply connections, including testing and commissioning (TC) and dismantling and restoration (B&R) tasks.
The works involve installation and testing of electric supply and water supply systems within the cantonment area. Contractors will handle both external and internal supply lines, ensuring compliance with MES standards. The site in Bannu requires careful coordination due to military protocols and infrastructure constraints, demanding experienced contractors familiar with MES procedures.
Applicants must be enlisted with MES in categories A to E and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Firms not on MES approved lists must provide certificates and detailed work history for the last two years. PEC registration and FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status for the financial year 2025-26 are mandatory to qualify for tender issuance.
The submission deadline is set for 21 January 2026, with tender issuance starting the same day. Tender bids must be received by 28 January 2026 at 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours in the AGE (Army) Bannu Cantt office. Contractors are encouraged to attend the opening session.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and Earnest Money comply with MES requirements and check the tender documents carefully for any specific stamp duty or technical bid submission instructions to avoid disqualification.
