Providing, Fixing and Installation of 18KW Solar System at Sales Centre, Block-16, Hawksbay Scheme-42, Lyari Development Authority, Karachi

The Lyari Development Authority (LDA), Karachi, invites bids for the providing, fixing and installation of an 18KW solar system at the Sales Centre, Block-16, Hawksbay Scheme-42, Karachi. This procurement is funded by LDA's own non-ADP funds and aims to enhance energy efficiency at the specified site. Items being procured: - Unarmoured 4 core PVC/PVC copper conductor 660/1000 volt cable 16mm2 (80 P/PFT) - Cable 25mm2 PVC/PVC AC cable standard (40 P/RFT) - AC cable PVC insulated and PVC sheeted 4 core copper conductor 6mm2 (250 P/RFT) - Non-schedule 6mm tin CU XLPE PVC solar cable DC black and red (900 P/MTR) - Solar plate 645/625W Longi X10 HIMO or equivalent (42 P/P) - Inverter Inverex Nitrox single phase hybrid 6.6KW with fittings and accessories (3 Each) - SPD breaker box (1 No.) - AC/DC breaker (Chint company) 32 amp (6 Nos.) - Change over 125 amp breaker (Chint company) (4 Nos.) - Grounding earthing arrangement with copper plate 12"x12" 5mm thick (2 Jobs) - 6mm copper tallbe (bear conductor) - AC/DC frame structure of angle iron with pole and foundation including bitumen coating, rust resistant coating, colouring, fixing, welding, nut bolt panel fitting and labour (42 Nos.) - Lithium-ion battery 5KW 100AH 512KWH Inverex or equivalent (2 Each) The scope includes supply and installation of all materials, cables, solar panels, inverters, batteries, earthing, and structural framework as per specifications and instructions of the Engineer Incharge. The contract requires completion within 365 days from the Engineer's Notice to Commence. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above, valid NTN and SRB registration, valid electrical contractor license from Government of Sindh, no blacklisting affidavit, audited financial reports for last three years, and relevant experience with minimum annual turnover matching the project cost. Bids must be submitted in English, in a single stage one envelope procedure, with one original copy. Bid security and performance security are required as per bidding documents.
