State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites bids via E-PADS under Single stage two envelope procedure from original authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors having relevant experience of installation of solar systems in Federal Government organizations, Banks and Multinational Companies in Pakistan and registered with concerned authorities for supply installation, commissioning & net metering of 30KW on-grid solar system at State Life Building Minara Road Sukkur. Items being procured: - Supply Installation, Commissioning & Net Metering of 30KW On-Grid Solar System The firms should have proper office, telephone number, NTN and be duly registered with e-PADS, FBR on the ATL & GST list. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available on E-PADS v.2.0 for participation. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS v.2.0 on or before 21-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened same day at 11:30 AM. Original bid security and hard copies of original bids shall also be submitted in the office of In-charge (Real Estate Department) 7th floor, State Life Building, Thandi Sarak Hyderabad on or before 21-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. This tender is also available on State Life website www.statelife.com.pk and PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. Bids submitted other than E-PADS v.2.0 will not be considered. State Life Insurance Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids as per E-PADS instructions and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Having prior experience in solar system installation in government or multinational setups will be advantageous.
