Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) DHQ Teaching Hospital Dera Ismail Khan invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014 from eligible bidders registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Items being procured: - Urology Equipment's - Tissue Fusion And Vessel Sealing System - Eye Equipment's - ENT-Electro Surgical Units Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the bid value in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of MTI DHQ TH D.I. Khan. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 08-09-2026 at 12:00 Noon in the Committee Room of DHQ Teaching Hospital D.I. Khan where all queries related to bidding documents will be addressed. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by 22-09-2026 at 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon. Physical submission of bids or documents via hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. Interested bidders should register on EPADS to obtain a user name and password.
