Procurement of Medicine Pharmacy Store for Sehat Sahulat Program

City Hospital Lakki Marwat invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for the procurement of medicine pharmacy store items under the Sehat Sahulat Program for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Medicine pharmacy store for Sehat Sahulat Program The pharmacy store must be located within a 500 meter radius of the hospital premises and may be adjusted as per hospital directives. Bidders must have a valid Drug Sale License for supplying medicines round the clock, be registered with active tax payer status (KPRA/FBR), and possess cold chain maintenance capacity to ensure proper storage and delivery of medicines. Bid security of PKR 250,000 is required. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available for registered bidders on the E-PADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS on or before the deadline of September 17, 2026, at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am. Original call deposit receipt for bid security must be submitted physically to the Medical Superintendent's office before the closing time along with attested copies of other documents uploaded on E-PADS. The approved rates will remain valid until June 30, 2026, under KPPRA Rule 31(A) for framework contracts/agreements. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for works/services. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of the KPPRA procurement rules.
