Fabrication, Installation and Calibration of Diesel Storage Tank at State Bank of Pakistan, Banking Services Corporation Faisalabad

The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation Faisalabad (SBP BSC Faisalabad) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the Fabrication, Installation and Calibration of a Diesel Storage Tank at its Faisalabad facility. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Fabrication and installation of Diesel tank of Capacity (Gross) 330 Liters (0.33 m³) with foundation made of MS angle frame elevated 4 ft above ground with concrete pads and braces for stability - Pumping & Piping including Self priming Centrifugal/Gear pumps with asynchronous motors (2 sets) installed in parallel with common suction and discharge lines - Calibration of diesel fuel tank as per API MPMS Chapter 2.2A by a third party testing firm such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TUV The scope includes fabrication of a rectangular mild steel tank with diesel-resistant epoxy internal coating and enamel external paint, installation of pumps and piping with valves and strainers, and precise manual tank calibration with certification. The work site is located at M.A Jinnah Road, Faisalabad City, Faisalabad District, Punjab Province. Eligible bidders must have completed at least two similar projects of fabrication and installation each costing Rs. 300,000 or more in the last five years. Financial capability evidence such as audited financial statements or bank credit line of Rs. 0.7 million is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 portal by 10 November 2026 at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order amounting to Rs. 21,000 is mandatory. The contract duration is 90 days with key milestones including technical submittals, fabrication, delivery, installation, and calibration. The contractor must comply with all HSEQ standards and provide necessary PPEs. Performance guarantee is not required for this contract. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees against actual invoices. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and submit bids accordingly.
