Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Khadukhel District Buner is procuring fabrication services for three types of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. This includes the fabrication of three mini tippers or mini dumpers based on Changan Sherpa 1200cc chassis, two hydraulic tipping trolleys, and one front-end loader back hoe with 85 HP 4WD chassis. The work requires adherence to approved specifications and complete fabrication in all respects.
This procurement is aimed at enhancing the municipal fleet for operational efficiency in Buner. The technical scope covers manufacturing from the chassis stage, ensuring quality and durability for commercial and heavy-duty use. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPRA rules, requiring separate technical and financial bids.
Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers or fabricators with valid FBR registration and active Tax Payer status on the KPRA Active Taxpayer List (ATL). NTN and tax certificates from KPRA and FBR are mandatory. The bid security must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 2% of the quoted rate. Partial bids are not allowed, and the earnest money in the form of bank guarantee or cross cheque will not be accepted.
The deadline for submission is 9th June 2026 by 12:00 PM via registered courier to the TMA Khadukhel office. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. It is crucial to submit complete and legible bids with all required documents to avoid rejection.
