Fabrication of Mobile Animal Hospital under Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore

The Directorate General Wildlife & Parks Punjab invites electronic bids/offers from firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax etc.) for the fabrication of a Mobile Animal Hospital under the project titled 'Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore'. Items being procured: - Fabrication of Mobile Animal Hospital The procurement follows a single stage two envelope procedure with bids to be submitted online through the eP System. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 22.000 million with a bid security of Rs. 0.440 million (2% of estimated price) to be submitted digitally via the eP system. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the committee and authorized representatives. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with tax authorities and relevant experience. Bidders must ensure their bids are complete, signed, and stamped. Incomplete or late bids will not be considered. Bid validity is 120 days from the submission deadline. The department is not responsible for delays in e-bid submission. Bidders can download and submit bids without any fee. The bidding documents are available immediately from the date of publication on the PPRA website and the Punjab e-procurement portal at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
