Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Takht-e-Nasrati District Karak invites bids for the fabrication of solid waste machinery. This procurement is under the Single Stage Two Envelope system as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The chassis for the machinery will be supplied by TMA. Items being procured: - Supply / Fabrication of Front-end loader and Back Hoe as per specifications (Qty: 01) - Supply / Fabrication of 1 – 1.5M3 Mini Tipper (Qty: 03) - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley (Qty: 02) The scope includes fabrication of machinery suitable for solid waste management with complete sale, service, and spare parts facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, or firms with NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts). Bidders must register on the EPAD portal and submit their bids electronically before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day as submission. Original 2% bid security in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Takht-e-Nasrati must be submitted in a sealed envelope. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPPRA taxes, and stamp duties will apply. Delivery is free to the TMA office. Successful bidders will provide operational training to staff. Late, conditional, or hand submissions will not be accepted. Purchase orders are subject to fund release. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules. Bidders should carefully review specifications on EPADS and ensure compliance with all requirements. A practical tip is to ensure timely registration and submission on EPADS to avoid disqualification due to late bids. Also, maintain proper documentation for bid security and tax registrations to meet eligibility criteria.
