Procurement of Spares for Repair / Rebuild / Refurbishment of Tr APCs

Heavy Industries Limited (HIL) Commercial Directorate at Taxila Cantt invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the procurement of spares for repair, rebuild, and refurbishment of Tr APCs. The delivery period is 45 days after signing the contract. Items being procured: - Spares for repair - Spares for rebuild - Spares for refurbishment of Tr APCs Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIL, attested registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, CNIC of MD, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements for the last year, trade link certificates with OEMs (if distributor/agent), judicial certificates worth Rs. 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is neither defaulter nor blacklisted by any government organization, details of contracts and work experience with government or semi-government organizations, and registration letters with government or semi-government organizations if applicable. A payment of Rs. 3000 must be deposited with the tendering cell for collection of standard bidding documents. Bid security, validity offer, and performance bank guarantee are required as per bidding documents. Tender opening will be held in the tender room of the Commercial Directorate in the presence of firm representatives.
