Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Administration Besham

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Besham is procuring fabrication services for solid waste machinery under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is specifically for the fabrication and supply of mini tippers, front end loaders with backhoe attachments, and hydraulic tipping trolleys. The department will provide tractors for some machinery, and complete specifications will be provided by the department. The scope includes fabrication of equipment with full compliance to technical specifications and quality standards suitable for solid waste management in Besham. Eligible bidders must be well reputed manufacturers or fabricators with NTN, GST registration, and must have a 3S facility (Sale, Service, and Spare parts) within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Technical bids will be opened on the closing date at 2:00 pm, followed by financial bid opening for technically qualified bidders. Earnest money in the form of a 2% CDR of the total bid price must be submitted in the name of TMO TMA Besham. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be applicable as per government rules. Rates must be quoted on a FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidders will be required to provide complete operational training to the staff. Late, incomplete, conditional, or manual bids will not be entertained. Purchase orders are subject to the release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with valid reasons under KPPRA rules.
