Sealed tenders are invited from reputable manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sale Tax Department having their own office with telephone and fax facilities on FOR basis for the supply of Servo Motors to the Pr. Accounts Officer, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Servo Motors The specifications with terms and conditions can be obtained from the undersigned by making a written request on firm's letterhead along with the bank draft of the tender fee in the name of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No.1637, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money in favor of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No.1637, Islamabad. Tenders without earnest money of 2% of the quoted price or less will be rejected automatically. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who could not supply stores against orders in the past. Postal delays are the responsibility of the tenderer. Envelopes should be super scribed with the Tender number and its due date. Tenders received after the opening date and time will not be entertained. Validity of tenders shall be 60 days from the date of opening. Tenders containing cutting and overwriting will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations. Tender documents can also be dispatched against receipt of request and bank draft through dak. Original bank draft should be received in the office on or before the last date to issue tender documents. However, the department is not responsible for postal delay. Bidders should ensure timely submission and proper earnest money to avoid rejection. The tender opening is scheduled for 08-10-2026 at 02:00 PM at the office of the Pr. Accounts Officer, Islamabad.
