Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Semi Electric Pallet Stacker (Qty: 01 Nos) The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or any government/semi-government organization if available. Attested copies of registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are mandatory. Attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director and trade links between the firm and OEM (for distributors/agents) are required. A judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization must be included. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years or relevant experience with government or semi-government organizations is essential. A postal order of Rs 2000/- should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
