Tender Description
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Tank invites sealed bids for the procurement, supply, service, and installation of various equipment and items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under KP-PPRA Rules 2014 (amended till date). Eligible contractors, manufacturers, service providers, and authorized dealers/suppliers registered with FBR for Income/Sales Tax and with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) under Finance Act 2013 No. XXI of 2013 are invited to participate.

The Standard Bidding Documents containing detailed specifications, quantities, evaluation criteria, and terms and conditions have been uploaded on the EPADS portal. In case of difficulty accessing documents online, they may be obtained from the Deputy Commissioner Office during official working hours. Bidders must attach copies of CNIC, NTN/Active Taxpayer Certificate, and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any client or KPRA.
Each bid must be accompanied by Earnest Money equal to 2% of the total quoted bid value in the form of an original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) drawn in favor of the Deputy Commissioner Tank. The original CDR must be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner Office by 5th October 2026 up to 11:00 AM.
Complete tender documents must be uploaded on EPADS by 12:00 PM on 5th October 2026. Financial bids will be opened at 12:30 PM in the Conference Room of the Deputy Commissioner Office Tank in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of the original CDR and all required documents to avoid disqualification. Early preparation and verification of documents can prevent last-minute issues.
