The Local Government, Election & Rural Development Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is procuring fabrication services for solid waste machinery specifically for the Tehsil Municipal Administration Harban Basha in Upper Kohistan. This procurement involves the supply and fabrication of three key machinery items: a mini tipper/encroachment sanitation vehicle with a 1.5M3 capacity, a front end loader and backhoe with sunshade, and a hydraulic tipping trolley of 5 tons capacity with pentle hook and sunshade. The department will provide the chassis and tractor as required for these machines. The technical scope includes complete fabrication as per specifications ensuring quality and operational readiness. The machinery will be used for sanitation and solid waste management purposes in the Harban Basha area. Bidders must be registered on the EPAD portal and comply with the single stage two envelope method under KPPRA rules. The technical and financial bids will be submitted electronically via EPADS, with technical bids opening on the same day as submission deadline. Eligibility criteria include NTN, GST, and FBR registration along with relevant experience in manufacturing or fabricating similar machinery. The bidders must provide a 2% bid security in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Harban Basha. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will apply as per government rules. The successful bidder will also be responsible for providing operational training to the staff. The submission deadline is **10th June 2026** by 1:30 pm, with technical bids opening at 2:00 pm.
