Fabrication of Toyota Hiace into Ambulance

Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt.) Ltd. Lahore invites bids from recognized and experienced manufacturers for the fabrication of Toyota Hiace into ambulance. This procurement is specifically for the Lahore office of Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power. Items being procured: - Fabrication of Toyota Hiace into ambulance The scope includes complete fabrication work to convert Toyota Hiace vehicles into fully functional ambulances. All fabrication shall be provided by the selected bidder, with rates inclusive of all taxes in Pakistani Rupees. Purchase Orders will be issued as and when required within the validity of the contract. Delivery of the goods and all related work will be at the QASPL head office in Lahore. Bidders must be registered with respective legal and tax authorities and submit a bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of CDR (pay order, demand draft) or Bank Guarantee favoring Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt.) Ltd. Insurance Guarantee or Insurance Bond is not acceptable. The bid security must be valid for at least 90 days after the bid submission deadline and must be submitted one day before the bid opening date. Only bid security issued from Bank of Punjab as per PPRA direction letter No SO (I&C) 5-4/2024 dated 19-5-2026 will be accepted. Bids shall be submitted electronically via E-Procurement by 07 August 2026 till 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
