Tender Description
The Embassy of Pakistan in Baku invites sealed bids from reputable companies for the fabrication of wooden cabinets and workstations at the Chancery building. Items being procured:
- Wooden cabinets
- Workstations
The scope includes fabrication and installation of wooden furniture at the Embassy premises located at 106-Ataturk Avenue, Baku. Bidders must be registered with relevant local authorities and comply with applicable laws. Proven experience in fabrication of wooden works is mandatory. Adequate financial capability and well-trained personnel are required. Bidders should be equipped with the necessary equipment to complete the work to the required standards.
Bidding documents are available from the Embassy during office hours from 27-31 August 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted by 1100 hrs on 22 September 2026. Bid opening will take place at 1130 hrs on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Embassy.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder following thorough evaluation of bids. The Embassy reserves the right to reject or accept bids in accordance with PPRA rules (33).
