The Police Wireless Training School Bahawalpur invites sealed bids for the purchase of various items and services under a frame work contract for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be financially strong, have previous relevant experience, and be registered with FBR (GST), Income Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax (PRA). Earnest money in the form of pay order or call deposit is mandatory. Bids must be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical proposals will be opened first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified bidders. The bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the shape of Pay Order or Bank Draft. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Performance guarantee at 5% of the contract value is required upon acceptance of tenders and will be refunded after successful completion. The tender opening date is 21st September 2026 at 12:30 PM, with receipt of bids until 11:00 AM the same day. Delivery period is as and when required.
