Feasibility Study for Revamping & Modernization of Government Printing Press

The Directorate General of Industries & Commerce, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible bidders and consultants registered with FBR, KPRA, Sales Tax and Income Tax to submit proposals through the E-PADS system for the feasibility study focused on the revamping and modernization of the Government Printing Press located in Peshawar. This consultancy opportunity is aimed at assessing the current state and proposing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and technological advancement. Items being procured: - Feasibility Study for Revamping & Modernization of Government Printing Press The scope includes detailed technical evaluation of existing infrastructure, workflow analysis, and recommendations for modernization including equipment upgrades and process improvements. Interested consultants must be registered with KPPRA and comply with all regulatory requirements including FBR and tax registrations. Bid security of 2% of the total bid value is required in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, submitted separately in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the tender title. The successful bidder will also be required to submit a performance guarantee of 10% of the total bid amount from a scheduled bank, refundable upon successful project completion. The bid solicitation documents are available for download from the E-PADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) under the Active Tenders section until the closing date and time. No hard copies of proposals will be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS system by 11:00 AM on 14th September 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in the Committee Room of the Directorate General of Industries & Commerce, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs 2,000 must be deposited in the specified BOK account before the submission deadline. The Directorate General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA rules.
