Tender Description
Headquarter Military Farms Group Okara invites sealed tenders for the procurement of feed ingredients (Feed Ingredient etc) for the financial year 2026/27. The procurement is for Feed Mill Okara and Military Farm Khyber Okara. Interested firms must submit their bids as per the technical specifications provided in the tender documents. The technical scope includes supply of high-quality feed ingredients as per the specified quantities and standards. Bidders must provide proof of supply source, bank statement for the last 3 years, and evidence of previous contracts for Rapeseed Meal, Soybean Meal, and Canola Meal. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Pay Order as per the tender value is mandatory. Only firms registered with FBR/ATL and meeting the technical and financial criteria will be considered. Bids will be opened on 01 September 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
