Supply of Feed Mill Ingredients and Animal Feed for Livestock Research and Development Station Swabi

The Livestock Research and Development Station Swabi invites bids for the supply of Feed Mill Ingredients and animal feedstuff for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Livestock Research & Development Station Swabi, Director Lower, and VRI Peshawar. The items being procured include: - Wheat Straw (in bales), good quality, free from mud, sand, pebbles, moisture and preferably fresh - Maize Silage, crude protein 8%-10%, PH 3.5-4, dry matter contents 32%-35%, moisture 65%-68%, air tight bale, free from dust, sand and pesticides - Wanda (compound animal feed), CP 17-20%, DM 88-90%, pellet/mesh form, good palatability and free from toxin - Wheat Bran, Canola Meal, Rice Polish, By Pass Fats, Palm Cake, Cotton Seed Cake, Nakku, Salt, Molasses, Corn Grain, Minerals, Printed Empty Bags, Soyabean Meal, Corn Gluten Feed, Maize Oil Cake, Sunflower Cake, Wheat Brain, Toxin Binder, DCP, NTP - Poultry Feed, Gram Crushed Flour, Jaggery, Gram Seed The technical scope requires all feed items to be fresh, clean, free from insects, fungus, mycotoxins, adulteration, and foreign material. The items must meet the standards of the Center of Animal Nutrition (CAN), Directorate of Livestock Research & Development, Peshawar or other nationally recognized bodies. The supplier must ensure uninterrupted supply during the contract period and provide a minimum remaining shelf life of six months at delivery. Prices quoted should include all expenses such as transportation, loading/unloading, packing, octroi duty, testing charges, and applicable taxes. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR as an active taxpayer, submission of Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates, Trade & Professional Tax, and Non-Blacklisting Certificate. Bids must be typed on firm letterhead and submitted with earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract agreement on judicial stamp paper and submit a 10% performance guarantee inclusive of the bid security. The tender closing date is **11 August 2026** with bid submission by 10:00 AM at the office of the Director, Livestock Research & Development Station, Swabi. Technical bids will be opened on the same day. Bidders are advised to attend the pre-bid meeting and bid opening sessions.
