Procurement of Fertilizer, Certified Wheat Seed, Urea, DAP, and Agricultural Inputs for District Ghizer Farmers

The Department of Agriculture Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from reputed suppliers and authorized dealers for the supply of agricultural inputs required for the farmers of District Ghizer. This procurement aims to ensure timely availability of quality inputs for the upcoming wheat sowing season, supporting local agricultural productivity and food security in the region. Items being procured: - Certified wheat seed (varieties as per department specification) - Urea fertilizer - DAP fertilizer - Potash fertilizer - Micronutrients and agricultural chemicals - Bio-fertilizers and organic inputs - Agricultural tools and implements Suppliers must provide items that meet the department's quality standards and specifications. All products should be fresh, unadulterated, and suitable for the agro-climatic conditions of Ghizer. The tender is open to registered firms with valid NTN and GST numbers, and suppliers must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the quoted bid value must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Director Agriculture Ghizer. Bids without the required Earnest Money will not be considered. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the undersigned by 10:00 AM on 10.09.2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee and participating bidders. Late submissions will not be entertained. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per the rules of GB-PPRA.
