Supply and Fixing of Fiber Glass Double Body Food Cart Kiosk with MS Pipe Frame Structure for The Malir Club

The Cantonment Board Malir, located in Karachi, is inviting sealed bids from eligible suppliers, contractors, wholesalers, original equipment manufacturers, and authorized dealers for the supply and fixing of a fiber glass double body food cart or kiosk with a mild steel (MS) pipe frame structure for The Malir Club, Malir Cantt. Items being procured: - Supply and fixing of fiber glass double body food cart / kiosk with MS pipe frame structure for The Malir Club, Malir Cantt (Estimated cost: Rs. 2.999 Million) The technical scope includes the provision and installation of a robust fiber glass double body food cart or kiosk, supported by a durable MS pipe frame, suitable for club use. All bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The bidding will be conducted under the single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b). Bidding documents, including the form of bid and detailed specifications, can be obtained from the Office of the Cantonment Board Malir, Bostan Lines, Malir Cantt, Karachi during office hours. The price of the bidding documents is Rs. 1000. Bid Security amounting to 5% of the bid price (refundable in case of rejection) must be submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of Cantonment Board Malir. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Cantonment Board Malir, Bostan Lines, Malir Cantt, Karachi by 24th August, 2026 at 11:00 am. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am, while financial proposals of technically accepted bids will be opened on 31st August, 2026 at 12:00 pm.
