SNGPL Procurement of Field Tools, Safety Supplies and Water Coolers

**Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL)** invites eligible suppliers to submit bids for field maintenance, safety, workshop, welfare and protective-use goods under Tender Enquiry FCS/DIK/TE/034/26, with delivery to SNGPL Camp, opposite Kundi Model Farm, Khokhar Adda, 7.0 km Chashma Road, DI Khan. The procurement will be evaluated item by item using the Least Cost Based Selection technique. The item schedule comprises: 1) insulation tape, 80 Nos; 2) star sets, 20 Nos; 3) measuring wheels with digital counters, 25 Nos; 4) waterproof canvas tarpaulin 30 x 50 feet, 8 Nos; 5) waterproof canvas tarpaulin 20 x 40 feet, 8 Nos; 6) large safety cones, 36 Nos; 7) white paint markers, 300 Nos; 8) silky romals, 300 Nos; 9) waterproof welding canopies, 36 x 36 feet, 6 Nos; 10) ice boxes, 4 Nos; 11) G.I. boxes, 4 Nos; 12) five-kilogram brass hammers, 7 Nos; 13) heavy-duty kassis, 20 Nos; 14) pickaxes, 20 Nos; 15) shovels, 20 Nos; 16) 30-litre water coolers, 10 Nos; 17) 50-litre water coolers, 10 Nos; 18) 70-litre water coolers, 8 Nos; and 19) 100-litre water coolers, 6 Nos. Technical compliance includes the specified dimensions, materials, waterproofing, reflective safety features, food-grade cooler construction, tool weights, handles and applicable quality standards. All goods must be brand new and defective or substandard supplies must be replaced without charge. Delivery is required within **15 days** of the purchase order. Eligible individual proprietors, partnership firms and private limited companies must provide FBR NTN, GST registration and a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2026-27, along with required ownership documents and past experience information. Bidders must upload the bid through EPADS v2.0 and provide bid security in the prescribed pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit or demand draft form, or the permitted bid securing declaration. The original bid security must reach the stated DI Khan office before the deadline. Submit online by **21 August 2026 at 03:00 PM**; opening is at **03:30 PM** the same day.
