Financial Bid for Supply of Drugs/Medicines under Pakistan Bait ul Maal (I.F.A) Programme 2026-27 at Atomic Energy Cancer Hospital (NORIN) Nawabshah

The Atomic Energy Cancer Hospital (NORIN) Nawabshah, District Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh, invites Financial Bids from qualified suppliers for the supply of drugs and medicines under the Pakistan Bait ul Maal (I.F.A) Programme for cancer patients for the years 2026 and 2027. This procurement is for a period of two years and is open only to suppliers who have successfully passed the technical pre-qualification process, the results of which were published on EPADS on 07-03-2026. Items being procured: - Drugs and medicines for cancer patients as per detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) provided after pre-qualification. The scope includes supply of high-quality pharmaceutical products meeting the technical specifications and standards outlined in the bidding documents. The delivery location is the Central Store of AECH (NORIN) Nawabshah. Suppliers must ensure timely delivery and compliance with all quality and regulatory requirements. The contract will be initially for one year with a possible extension for another year subject to mutual consent and inflation adjustments. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST, and SRB registrations, active taxpayer status, minimum three years of relevant experience, and a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 250 million over the last three years.
