Finishing and Fabrication Works for Cafe Rooftop at IBA Main Campus Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites bids from eligible and active taxpayers registered with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities for the Finishing and Fabrication Works for the Cafe Rooftop at IBA Main Campus Karachi. This tender is issued under Single Stage One Envelope procedure with a bid security of Rs. 100,000/- and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/-. The scope of work includes block masonry, internal plaster, weather shield painting, architectural textured coating, porcelain tile flooring, PVC fluted panel cladding, cement board partition walls, granite finished countertops, fabric canopy for roof, kitchen sink installation, PVC cabinetry, kitchen counter top with cabinetry, wash basin installation, and comprehensive electrical works including wiring, switches, sockets, LED light fixtures, and data & WiFi system installation. Platform / Raised Floor - PVC Fluted Panel Cladding - Cement Board Partition Wall - Granite Finished Countertop - Fabric Canopy for Roof with MS Frame and Epoxy Paint Finish - Kitchen Sink with Mixer and Accessories - PVC Cabinetry Works - Kitchen Counter Top with Cabinetry - Over Counter Vanity Basin - Electrical Wiring and Accessories - Switches, Sockets, and Outlets - LED Light Fixtures - Wiring and Accessories for Data & WiFi System The technical scope requires compliance with approved manufacturers and standards, use of quality materials such as clear float glass, gypsum board, MDF, laminate boards, and approved paint brands. The contractor must have PEC Category C-6 or above, demonstrate minimum 3 similar projects in last 3 years, and maintain financial stability with average turnover of Rs. 12 million per year. Earnest money in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi is mandatory. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit on October 30, 2026, at 3 PM at IBA Main Campus. Bids must be submitted electronically via SPPRA EPADS system by November 04, 2026, 2:30 PM. Original bid security and signed bid documents must be delivered to the Office of Head of Procurement, Fauji Foundation Building, IBA Main Campus, Karachi before bid opening at 3:00 PM on the same day. The contract completion period is 75 working days with liquidated damages of 0.05% per day up to 10% of contract value for delays. The contract includes a 5% performance security requirement and an integrity pact as per Sindh Government procurement rules.
