Supply of 7 Addressable Fire Alarm System Equipments

Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd (Procurement Department) invites eligible suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized agents or dealers to provide seven addressable fire alarm system equipment items for delivery to the Corporation facility at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi. The procurement will support the Corporation's 2026-27 operating requirements and will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 under a fixed-price, Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection. The mandatory item schedule is: 1) Interface Module for 2 Wire Smoke Detector, quantity 12/Qty, bid security **PKR 14,800**; 2) Interface Module for 4 Wire Smoke Detector, quantity 12/Qty, bid security **PKR 8,533**; 3) Two Wire Smoke Detector with base 2151(A) or equivalent, quantity 40/Qty, bid security **PKR 10,000**; 4) Four Wire Smoke Detector with base SD355 or equivalent, quantity 80/Qty, bid security **PKR 20,000**; 5) Manual Call Point, BG-12 Series or equivalent, quantity 12/Qty, bid security **PKR 6,000**; 6) Sounder, S1124A or equivalent, quantity 20/Qty, bid security **PKR 6,000**; and 7) Fire Resistant Cable, 2C x 1.5mm2 FP200 Gold fire alarm cable, red LSHF or equivalent, quantity 300/m, bid security **PKR 32,200**. Honeywell compatibility is required where specified, while Prysmian or equivalent is indicated for cable. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit evidence of FBR NTN, FBR GSTN, and Active Taxpayer status, together with the required blacklisting affidavit, ultimate beneficial ownership declaration, manufacturer authorization, code of conduct, HSE undertaking, NDA, and supply contract documents.
