Revamping and Refurbishment of Different Facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad including Electrical Works and Security Surveillance System

Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad invites reputed contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C) in relevant categories valid up to 30th June 2027 to submit bids through EPADS for the revamping and refurbishment of various facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical works and lights (internal & external) along with allied works at Jinnah Stadium - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of security surveillance system The project involves comprehensive electrical and security system upgrades at the sports complex, requiring high-quality materials and skilled workmanship. The scope includes internal and external lighting and allied electrical works, as well as installation of a modern security surveillance system to enhance safety. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant categories and have valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). An earnest money of Rs. 50 million in the form of bank draft, pay order, or CDR from the firm's bank account in favor of Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad is mandatory. Bidders should submit technical and financial proposals separately as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The last date for submission of bids is 20th October 2026 by 11:00 am, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 am. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 8th October 2026 at 10:30 am. Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions. Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk. The Pakistan Sports Board website www.sports.gov.pk and the PPRA website also host the tender notice. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure the scan copy of the bid security is uploaded with the technical proposal and the original submitted before the closing date to avoid disqualification. Also, clearly mark envelopes as Technical Bid and Price Bid to comply with submission requirements.
