Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tender documents for the provision of a Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System for the F-100 Engine Hangar located in the MRF Tech Area at PAC Kamra. This tender is issued by the Military Engineer Services, GHQ Rawalpindi, and the work site is specifically at Kamra, Punjab.

The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of a comprehensive fire alarm and fire fighting system tailored for the F-100 Engine Hangar. The project demands expertise in electrical and mechanical works, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency within a military technical facility.
Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories C-2, C-3, or C-4 relevant to the field, with valid registration up to June 2026. Preference will be given to firms enlisted with MES in categories A, B, or C. Applicants must provide detailed credentials including work orders, project completion certificates, personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Pre-qualification with the Engineer-in-Chief’s Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi, and a clean record with the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (DI&E) are mandatory.
The tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified firms. Applications must be submitted to HQ DW&CE (DP) GHQ Rawalpindi by 18 August 2026 at 1130 hours. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
