Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Alarm System at PSO Aviation Stations - Lahore, Sialkot and Faisalabad Airports

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems at PSO Aviation Stations located at Lahore, Sialkot, and Faisalabad Airports. This procurement is specifically for fire alarm system works at these aviation stations ensuring safety and compliance with relevant standards. Items being procured: - Supply of Fire Alarm System equipment - Installation of Fire Alarm System - Testing and Commissioning of Fire Alarm System The scope includes complete delivery and installation of fire alarm systems at the specified airport locations, ensuring all materials and workmanship meet the required quality and safety standards. Contractors must have a valid PEC C-6 or above category certificate in the relevant field of specialization to participate. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via the SAP Ariba portal, following the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. The technical bid will be evaluated first, and only technically qualified bidders will be invited for the commercial bid opening. The tender documents are available from 19 August 2026 and can be accessed through the SAP Ariba portal. The bid submission deadline is 3 September 2026 till 02:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled on the same day at 03:00 PM onwards. Interested bidders without an Ariba Network ID must register on the SAP Ariba portal to participate.
