Procurement of Data Center Graded Switches, Switches Support Renewal and Cables

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders registered for Income Tax & Sales Tax and listed on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR. The procurement is for Data Center Graded Switches, Switches Support Renewal, and Cables. Items being procured: - Data Center Graded Switches - Switches Support Renewal - Cables The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with evaluation through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0, in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14th October 2026 at 1100 hrs at HQ NADRA, G-5/2, Islamabad. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee by Monday, October 26, 2026, 11:00 AM. Bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/147252. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PP Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and be prepared for any technical issues related to EPADS, as responsibility for timely submission lies solely with the bidder.
