Provision and Installation of Fire Hydrant System at Warehouses in Sukkur and Hyderabad

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Hyderabad invites sealed bids from reputed suppliers, contractors, or firms registered with Income Tax, Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and Sales Tax Department for the provision and installation of a Fire Hydrant System on a turnkey basis at warehouses located in Sukkur and Hyderabad. The procurement is managed by the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Hyderabad, Sindh. Items being procured: - Fire Hose Cabinet - Fire Hose Pipe - Electric Pump Water Inlet - Gate Valve PN 16 - Fire Brigade Breaching Inlet - Non Return Valve Flange Type PN 16 - Pressure Relief Valve - Foot Valve/Strainer - Fire Pump Pressure Gauge ULFM Listed - Test & Drain Valve - Supply, Installation and Commissioning of MS Schedule 40 seamless pipes (ASTM) with epoxy coating - Installation, testing & commissioning of Fire Fighting Pump & Accessories - Complete Transportation, Food & Accommodation for workers during installation The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of MS Schedule 40 seamless pipes with epoxy coating for corrosion resistance, drilling, plugging, pipe cutting, beveling, straightening, bending, hole tapping, and connecting pipes. The successful bidder will be responsible for all deliverables as per Annex-A and Annex-B, adhering to quality standards and technical specifications. The work covers two warehouses under the jurisdiction of the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Hyderabad and Sukkur. Eligibility criteria include valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, a business profile of the last 3 years, authority letter for administrative division, CNIC of authorized person, and an affidavit confirming the company is not blacklisted. Earnest Money in the form of a pay order or bank draft of Pak Rs. 200,000/- is required as a call deposit. Warranty and universal standards apply. The tender documents can be downloaded from the official PPRA website and collected from the Deputy Collector (HQ) office. Sealed bids must be submitted by 23.07.2026 up to 14:00 hours and will be opened the same day at 15:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
