Procurement of Firewall Devices, Network Switch, Computer Systems and Laptop for PNSC Vessels/Tankers and Head Office

The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (MIS) invites sealed bids for the procurement of advanced IT equipment to be used on PNSC managed vessels/tankers and at the PNSC Head Office located in Karachi. Items being procured: - Sophos XGS 118 Firewall with High Availability and License Subscription including Enhanced Support and Three Years Comprehensive Warranty (Quantity: 10) - Manageable Network Switch with 1.5m High Speed Stack Cable (5 switches per set), Three Years Warranty (Quantity: 10) - Desktop Computer Core i7, 14th Gen or above with Three Years Comprehensive Warranty (Quantity: 12) - Lenovo Legion 5 16IAX10 Laptop or Equivalent with Intel Core Ultra 9 Processor, 1 Year On-Site Comprehensive Local Warranty (Quantity: 1) The firewall devices must support high throughput, active-active and active-passive clustering, SD-WAN connectivity, and integration with Microsoft Active Directory and existing Sophos infrastructure. Network switches must be manageable with specified technical capabilities. Desktop computers and laptops must meet the detailed specifications including processor generation, memory, storage, and warranty terms. Eligible bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, have at least two years of relevant experience, and maintain a customer support office in Karachi. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of September 10, 2026, 11:00 AM, with original bid security submitted physically to the MIS Department, 12th Floor, PNSC Building, M.T Khan Road, Karachi.
