Procurement of Software on Frame Work Contract Basis for Punjab Police

The Central Technology Department Punjab Police Lahore invites electronic bids (e-bids) for the procurement of software on a Frame Work Contract basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. The opening of e-bids will be held on the same day at 01:30 PM. Bidders are required to submit two separate envelopes as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Only one lot/package or multiple lots/packages can be bid upon, with the evaluated bid determined on the cumulative quote rate.
