Supply and Installation of Firewall and IT Equipment for Islamabad Office

The Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Limited (REDAMCO) Islamabad invites reputable firms and vendors to submit sealed bids for the supply and installation of Firewall and IT Equipment for its Islamabad office. This procurement is conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using the Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure. Items being procured: - Enterprises-grade NGFW, FortiGate 60F or equivalent Firewall with 10 x GE RJ45 ports, 2 x GE SFP ports, IPS, Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Web Filtering, Application Control, SSL VPN, IPSec VPN, SD-WAN, centralized management, 1 unit - Managed Layer-3 switch, Huawei CloudEngine S5735 Series or equivalent with 48 x 10/100/1000 Mbps PoE+ ports, 4 x 10G SFP+ uplink ports, 2 units - Enterprise Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) or higher wireless solution including controller and indoor access points with WPA3, 5 units - Latest Enterprise Entry Rack Mount Server, Dell PowerEdge R260 or equivalent with Intel Xeon processor, 32 GB RAM, 2 x 960 GB SSD RAID-1, 1 unit - Minimum 24-Inch LED Monitor, Full HD, IPS/VA panel, 1 unit - Wired keyboard and wired mouse, branded, 5 sets - Enterprise Endpoint Backup & Recovery Software (Veeam or equivalent) with centralized management for 50 endpoints, 1 license - Enterprise Online Double Conversion UPS, minimum 3 kVA capacity, 1 unit - 27U, 19-Inch Floor Standing Network Rack with cooling fans and accessories, 1 unit - 19-inch Rack Mount PDU with 8 universal sockets, 2 units - 48-Port Cat-6 Rack Mount Patch Panel with cable management accessories, 2 units - Complete Rack Accessories Kit including cable managers, blanking panels, shelves, cage nuts, earthing kit, fan tray, 1 lot - Supply, installation, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, rack dressing, labeling, documentation, network diagrams, user training, 1 lot The technical scope includes supply of brand new, unused, genuine equipment through OEM authorized channels with official local OEM warranty. Installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, and user training are included in the quoted price. The bidder must provide OEM authorization certificates and warranty certificates. Recurring annual costs such as security subscriptions, cloud/controller licenses, warranty extensions, and UPS battery replacement costs must be quoted separately. Equivalent or higher specifications are acceptable if compliant with minimum technical requirements. Eligibility criteria require valid NTN and GST registration with active status, technical brochures with specifications and country of origin, affidavits of non-blacklisting and price reasonability on legal stamp paper, 2% bid security in the form of bank guarantee/CDR/DD, and compliance with technical specifications.
