FIS & Construction of Main Hibak Surrani Road and Repair and Rehabilitation of CHC Naiz Wali

However, the bid security must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope clearly marked as 'Bid Security' to the office of the Executive Engineer Highway Division Bannu. Both technical and financial bids are to be submitted electronically, with the financial bid opening date to be announced after approval of the technical bids by the competent authority. The last date for bid submission is 22nd October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening on the same day at 12:30 PM. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer Highway Division Bannu.
