Tender Description
This tender invites bids for Floor Management Services at SBP BSC Central Cluster Offices located in Lahore and other cities including Gujranwala, Sialkot, Multan, and Bahawalpur. The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) requires high-quality, prompt, and efficient floor support services including timely movement of files, records, and office equipment within premises, service support such as refreshments for meetings, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at service locations. The scope also includes office support services like visitor management, security protocol adherence, and delivery of official notices. Medical support services such as first aid and emergency equipment handling are also part of the contract. The services are to be delivered continuously from half an hour before bank timings till half an hour after.
The contract demands strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including PEC category requirements and FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) registration. Bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 210,000 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. The contract duration is 12 months with possible extension. The submission deadline is 23rd April 2026, with bid opening scheduled shortly after. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS, and original bid security must reach the office before the deadline.
Bidders should ensure they meet all qualification criteria including registration with EOBI, financial capability, and experience in similar services. The contract requires a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount. The client reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to vary the scope of services by up to 15%. The contract will be governed by the laws of Pakistan, with arbitration in Lahore if required.
Submission must be complete with technical and financial bids in separate envelopes. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 8th April 2026 via Zoom. The physical address for submission and bid security delivery is Chief Manager, 5th Floor, SBP-BSC, 56 Shahra-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Lahore.
