Supply of Food Delivery and Catering Services for Pakistan Meteorological Department Canteen

Bids are invited from reputable firms, individuals, companies, service providers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors duly registered with relevant government agencies and active taxpayers engaged in food delivery and catering services for the establishment of canteen services at the Pakistan Meteorological Department Headquarters, Sector H-8/2, Islamabad. Bidding shall be conducted through PPRA EPADS portal with detailed specifications available free of cost at https://weather.gov.pk, https://pa.epas.gov.pk, and https://epms.ppra.gov.pk. Items being procured: - Food delivery services - Catering services for canteen establishment The contract period is initially one year, extendable based on performance and departmental requirements. Bid security of Rs 150,000 in the form of CDR, bank draft, or pay order in favor of Director General, Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Islamabad, must be submitted along with the bid. Successful bidders will also furnish a performance guarantee of Rs 500,000 in the form of CDR, pay order, or bank draft until contract completion. Bids must be submitted online through PPRA E-PADS and original hard copies delivered to the I&P Section, PMD Headquarters office, Islamabad by 22-09-2026 till 1030 hrs. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 1100 hrs in the presence of participants or their authorized representatives.
