This procurement includes 500 food hampers containing items such as sugar, various types of dal, rice, roasted channa, mixed pickle, ghee, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dry milk, tea, atta, and drinking water. Each item is specified with quality standards like A grade and free from dust, mycotoxin, and mud balls. Additionally, cooked food with crockery and transportation services are required for relief camps, including chicken curry, rice, chana daig, roti, and dal. Non-food items include cots (charpai), mosquito nets, plastic mats, chattai, mattresses, animal fodder, and matchboxes. Suppliers must be registered with FPADS and comply with Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulation 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014. Firms must be registered with FBR, have NTN, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The tender requires submission of earnest money in the form of a CDR at the Deputy Commissioner Layyah office before the closing date. The estimated cost is bold PKR 10 Million, and bidders must submit separate prices for each lot. The tender closing date is 17th July 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bids submitted electronically via FPADS and original CDRs submitted by hand. This tender is ideal for suppliers experienced in large-scale food supply and relief logistics. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all branded items have at least 70% shelf life remaining and are packed in food-grade poly bags with proper sealing to avoid rejection.
